Ready to start your legacy as an Honors Wildcat? Take the next step by applying to the W.A. Franke Honors College.

Admission to the Franke Honors College is highly selective. We seek well-rounded, high-achieving students to join our community, so in addition to considering GPA and course rigor, we also ask for a personal statement and activities resume. Our review process is holistic and thorough, and although admission is highly selective we welcome applications from all students looking to seek, connect, create, evolve, and celebrate!

Application Requirements:

  • Applied to the University of Arizona
  • Supplemental application for W.A. Franke Honors
    • Personal Statement (500 words or less – what motivates you and how have you applied your passion to be an honors student or potential career choice?  What challenges have you overcome that have shaped you and how?)
    • Activities Resume (outside of academics that show how you engage with your community)
    • Letter of Recommendation (teacher, advisor, mentor, coach, faith leader, etc)
  • Standardized test scores (SAT/ACT) are NOT required and we do not have a minimum GPA requirement
