Middle Years

Students hanging out on campus

Step outside of your comfort zone and into new settings during your sophomore and junior years.

Engagement during your second and third years revolves around experiences that enhance what you're doing in the classroom but typically take place in a non-classroom setting. This includes opportunities within the honors community, such as internships, research, civic engagement and study abroad.

You'll work one-on-one with your Honors Academic Advisors to identify your key areas of interest and refine your personal academic plan. Using your varied interests and abilities, you will develop personally and academically as you engage with the W.A. Franke Honors College, the university and Tucson communities, and beyond.
