As a Coordinator for Student Programs, Kevin works with both the Catalyst first-year seminar and the PATH mentor program, as well as develops programs for Honors students. He loves meeting with students both in one-on-one settings and in groups and enjoys talking with students about their individual stories, experiences, and interests.
Originally from northwest Indiana, Kevin graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Secondary Education: Mathematics and a minor in Music, and completed his student teaching experiences both in Indiana and in England through the Global Gateway for Teachers program at IU. Additionally, he had the opportunity to be a Resident Assistant, which solidified his passion and excitement for working in student affairs. This experience encouraged him to pursue his M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Arizona. Throughout his time as a Resident Assistant, a student teacher, and other positions, he realized that he loves working with students and seeing them develop and grow throughout their time in school.
Kevin’s passion is education, but he also enjoys spending UA time outside and exploring Tucson and its trails, spending time with friends, and watching IU and basketball – when he gets the chance!
